Welcome to Loyal Haul, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.loyalhaul.com) and our moving and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Loyal Haul, LLC offers moving services, including residential and commercial moving, loading and unloading, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

2. Booking and Payment

Customers must provide accurate information when booking a service. A deposit or full payment may be required before service is scheduled. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and other authorized methods. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full upon completion of services.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers must review and adhere to the cancellation terms outlined in that policy. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made less than 7 days before the move date will not qualify for a refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all items for transport are properly packed and ready for moving. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper packing. Customers must disclose any fragile or high-value items before the move.

5. Liability and Damages

Loyal Haul, LLC is not liable for damages to items improperly packed by the customer. We are also not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the extent permitted by law and per the terms of our service agreement.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable food, live animals, firearms, or any other items prohibited by law. If such items are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Loyal Haul, LLC, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Services and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Customers should review the terms and policies of third-party sites before use.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nevada.
