Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Loyal Haul, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) understands that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Deposits & Payments

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your moving date.

• The deposit amount is 20% of the total moving cost or a flat $100-$150 for standard moves, whichever is greater.

• For long-distance or large-scale moves, a higher deposit may be required.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of services.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled move date may be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the move date will not be eligible for a refund.

• To cancel a booking, customers must notify us via email at info@loyalhaul.com or call 702-342-1367.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Customers may reschedule their move at least 7 days before the scheduled move date without penalty, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the move date may result in additional fees.

4. Refund Policy

• If a move is canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled move date, a partial refund may be issued, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the move date or for services already rendered.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Service Denial & Refusal

Loyal Haul, LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to unsafe conditions, prohibited items, or customer misconduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
